System Note
All XLR Pin 1 connections are directly bonded to the chassis, with a common chassis ground for all I/O, following standard AES/IEC professional audio wiring practice used in Hi-Fi and studio systems.

The switcher itself prevents unwanted signal/ground interaction. Noise, hum, ground loops, or crosstalk originating elsewhere in the audio system are outside the switcher’s control.
