All products are made to order and are not held in stock.
The production time is stated in each product description. By placing an order, the customer explicitly accepts the stated production timeframe.
Orders placed outside the online store (custom development or bespoke equipment) are confirmed via email after technical and financial agreement.

Pre-Order & Upfront Payment
Upfront payment is available for customers who wish to secure and pre-book manufacturing.
For pre-orders:

The manufacturer guarantees completion within the mutually agreed timeframe.
Design Approval & Customization
After technical and financial agreement:

- Laser engraving begins only after written email approval
The customer is responsible for final proof review, including spelling, grammar, and layout accuracy.
Changes are allowed before engraving begins.
Changes requested after engraving may incur additional costs (redesign, new panels, engraving fees, labor).
Custom text engraving is usually free.

Testing & Completion
Once the device is physically completed:

- Shipping address and phone number will be reconfirmed
- Each VintageMaker device undergoes an 8-hour audio test after assembly. All channels and functions are checked for signal integrity, SNR, THD, crosstalk, noise, and gain accuracy. Results are recorded internally to ensure the unit meets specifications before shipping.
