24-Ch DB25 DSUB Studio Relay A-B Switch

This high-end studio switch routes two banks of 24 channels from either Input A or Input B to 24 Outputs, maintaining full balanced analog signal integrity.

With a single switch movement, you can instantly toggle between the two input banks, providing effortless A/B selection for fast studio workflow changes.

The system is fully bidirectional, meaning it can be used in both directions depending on your studio routing requirements. The same 24-channel architecture can therefore be used to switch between two groups of sources or destinations without changing the fundamental signal path.

Built with DB25 connectors using the Tascam standard pinout and precision relay switching, the unit provides a clean and reliable solution for professional analog signal routing.

48 Inputs / 24 Outputs

The system provides two independent 24-channel input banks:

Input A → 24 Channels
Input B → 24 Channels
Output → 24 Channels

A single front-panel switch movement selects either the complete A bank or B bank, allowing all 24 channels to be switched simultaneously.

When used for stereo applications, the 24 channels provide 12 stereo pairs.

Fully Bidirectional

The switching architecture is designed for bidirectional operation and can work both ways. This makes the unit particularly useful in complex studio environments where the same hardware may need to function as either a source selector or destination selector.

Precision Relay Switching – silver-palladium cross-bar contacts

The audio signal is switched using high-quality relays, providing reliable mechanical isolation and a transparent passive signal path without active audio electronics in the signal path.

The result is a robust solution for critical studio routing where signal integrity, channel consistency and reliable A/B switching are important.

DB25 – Tascam Standard

All audio connections use DB25 / DSUB connectors with the standard Tascam analog pinout, making the unit easy to integrate with existing professional studio wiring, patchbays, interfaces, converters and outboard equipment.

The unit is housed in a rugged 2U rackmount chassis, designed for permanent installation in professional studio racks.
