10-Input Channel Analog Summing Mixer – Active/Passive 2in1 Transformer modes

A 10-input analog summing mixer designed for integrating multiple DAW or line-level sources into a stereo analog output.

The unit combines a passive summing path with an active transformer amplifier stage. A master switch allows selection between Active Transformer Amp and Passive Summing operation.

Four SSL-style Haufe transformer stages are used in the active signal path. A 21-step precision attenuator provides repeatable level adjustment of the transformer amplifier.

Key Features

  • 10 balanced TRS inputs
  • 2 balanced 1/4″ TRS outputs (L/R)
  • 4 SSL-style Haufe transformer stages
  • Active Transformer Amp / Passive Summing selection
  • 21-step precision transformer-amp level control
  • 2 × Stereo / 4 × Mono switching
  • Dual separated stereo amplifier stages
  • Custom name engraving available

Active / Passive Operation

The master switch selects between two signal paths:

Active Transformer Amp
The summed signal is passed through the active transformer amplifier stage, with level adjustment via the 21-step precision attenuator.

Passive Summing
The unit operates as a passive summing stage without the active transformer amplifier path.

Stereo / Mono Switching

The input configuration can be switched between:

2 × Stereo
Two stereo input pairs.

4 × Mono
Four individual mono input channels, allowing selected mono sources to be positioned within the stereo summing configuration.

This can be useful for sources such as kick, snare, bass, vocals or other mono signals that require a defined position in the stereo mix.

    Just wow!!!

After initial setup I have to say very impressed!
Without going to extensive testing(which will follow) already experienced such a great depth, clarity harmonic richness and 3D separation. When activating the mono switch for the kick and bass (it was already mono however) it just centred/lifted it on a way I was not expected, set the bass in the mix I was shocked. The level of depth from the low end, it’s just another game!
Also tested on vocals and a couple of instruments and I cannot wait to fully integrate it into my workflow!
Super easy to use and a very solid build quality!
My plan is to send all my signals from UAD x8 to the Vintage Maker which will feed the SSL Fusion (bus + processor on insert) and then record it to tape, which then back to the DAW and top it with Cradle’s God Particle to achieve todays crisp and clear sound of a finished product! But I’m sure I will run all my drum machines and synths thru it when tracking.
I already can hear this will save so much time for me regards sound selection and mixing, everything is just sounds ready when u have the right signal passing through it. I’m really grateful for this product, thanks again Paul you are such a blessing!
